Filter Press Dewatering Systems
Pan America Environmental filter presses dewater the sludge removed by our DAF, slant plate clarifier and chemical treatment systems, reducing the volume of sludge for disposal.
Part of a complete treatment system. A filter press is often the final step in the treatment trains we design. Depending on the project, our dewatering systems include sludge pumpout, a sludge tank or sludge thickener, filter feed, and the filter press, controlled with the rest of the system.
Sized from lab testing. Our in-house jar testing determines the chemistry, dose and the sludge generation of your wastewater, so the press is sized for the solids your system will actually produce.
Applications. Heavy metals treatment, groundwater remediation, automotive stamping and machining, wood preservation solution, vehicle wash water recycling and centralized waste treatment.
