Lab testing services
In our in-house laboratory we treat samples of your wastewater the way a full-scale system would. The results become the basis of your system design.
- Jar testing. Samples treated in jars, side by side, to compare chemistries and doses.
What lab testing tells you
- Which coagulants, flocculants and polymers work on your water
- The right chemical doses and pH set points
- How much sludge the process makes, and how it settles, floats or dewaters
- Which process fits: oil water separation, DAF, clarification, chemical treatment, filtration or a combination
How it works
- Request testing. Send the form with what is in your water and what you need to meet.
- Samples. We tell you how much sample to collect and how to ship it. On-site testing can also be arranged.
- Testing and results. We run the tests and send you the findings with a recommended treatment approach.
