Following pretreatment and post filtration produced water from the fracing processes in Texas and Louisiana can be disposed of or reused. In this disposal plant the water is treated, tested and deep well injected. Pan America provided an OS series oil water separator with cantilevered walkway, sludge pumpout, oil pumpout, effluent pumpout and an ethernet/datalogging PLC control package for a 1000 GPM continuous flow rate.
Following installation of the system PAE assisted with successful startup & training.
